Dua Lipa is a British artist/singer who was born in London United Kingdom on August 22nd, 1995. She signed a contract with Warner Bros Records after a couple of years of work and dropped her self-titled debut album in the year 2017. It reached the top 3 spot at the U.K. Charts and produced eight singles. They included Be the one I.D.G.A.F The U.K. No. 1 track New Rules as well as the U.K. Number. One track New Rules. She is the daughter of Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa Rexha and Dukagjin Lipa. The maternal grandparents of her are Bosnian. It is also possible to trace her family tree back in Peja in Kosovo. The grandparents of Lipa's grandfathers were both history professors. Her siblings are Rina and Gjin. Lipa was musically influenced by her father, who was the lead singer and guitarist of the Kosovan rock band Oda.
